Club Information

Cherry Hill FC is a privately run, non-member 501(c)(3) entity administered by an all-volunteer Board of Directors.

The Township of Cherry Hill is not affiliated with, does not sponsor, endorse or otherwise control this enterprise.

The following programs are offered by our club:

Recreation
The Recreation program is "in town" soccer played at DeCou fields. Focus is on development and fun. Group training sessions will be provided by the Club. Games are played on Saturdays in the Fall and Sundays in the Spring.

•Co-ed recreation level soccer: U4 through U6
•Girls recreation level soccer: U7 - U14
•Boys recreation level soccer: U7 - U14
•Boys High School Friendship Leagues: U14+ (games in Cherry Hill & Marlton)
•Girls High School Friendship Leagues: U14+ (games in Cherry Hill & Marlton)

Cherry Hill FC U7 Travel Prep Academy
This is a supplemental program open to any U7 players also registered for the Recreation program and will not interfere with rec soccer. Sessions will be held Friday evenings on our DeCou turf fields from 6:30-7:30 p.m. In addition to 24 one-hour training sessions over the course of the year, players will receive a full CHFC Travel Prep Academy kit (jersey, shorts, socks) & soccer ball.

Sessions will include:
--Technical training: Dribbling, Passing, Receiving, Shooting, Goalkeeping
--Individual Ball Discovery, Mastery and Moves with little or no pressure
--Small-Sided Games and Training
--Introduction to 7 v 7 play
--Tactics (thought processes and mental aspects of the game) developed by playing and experiencing the game
--Player passion created by having fun while learning

Travel - Boys & Girls
The travel program is competitive soccer and is a full-year commitment (Fall & Spring). Teams are part of the South Jersey Soccer League (SJSL), South Jersey Girls Soccer League (SJGSL), EDP, MAPS and JAGS leagues. League and team placement determines the towns where games are played.

As necessary, teams will use Club-approved trainers. Teams will receive funds from the Club to pay for trainers. Teams may also choose to compete in tournaments. Tournaments are paid by the team.

•Boys travel: U8 - U14 (Fall and Spring seasons) Games played on Sunday
•Boys travel: U15+ (Spring season) Games played on Sunday
•Girls travel: U8 - U14 (Fall and Spring seasons) Games played on Saturday
•Girls travel: U15+ (Spring season) Games played on Sunday

Please note: All players must meet the State age requirements. No U7 aged child can play travel.
